GBTA has developed Sustainable Procurement Standards for Hotels as a free, open-source resource to help buyers integrate sustainability into their hotel procurement processes.
Alō Boost subscribers can use their Alō Index scores and responses to fill out the Sustainable Procurement Standards for Hotels questionnaire in just a few clicks.
Here's a step-by-step guided walkthrough:
1. First up, click on "View / Edit".
2. Click on "GBTA Submission".
3. Click on "Generate GBTA Submission".
4. Your spreadsheet will download automatically.
Download settings vary by browser and computer operating systems. Use your browser Downloads menu to locate the Excel file.
The file name will start with "3_GBTA Sustainable Procurement Standards for Hotels" and the extension is .xlsx.
5. Pre-filled responses are highlighted in GREEN so you can quickly see which questions still need to be answered.
Only questions you answered in your Alō Index submission can be duplicated to the GBTA spreadsheet.
6. Complete your submission:
Fill out the white cells in Column E.
Save the spreadsheet and share with the requesting customer.
Your hotel assessment must be scored and published before you can use the GBTA Submission tool.
