Use the category icons on the left to navigate through the assessment. After you have completed all the questions in a category, the icon will be filled in.

The Hotel Operation section asks "gating" questions about your hotel facility and operations, meaning you will see (or not see) additional questions based on your answers. For example, if you indicate that your property does not offer any food for sale, you will not have to answer any questions about your menus or food & beverage in the Waste section.
There are other gating questions as you move through the assessment, so be mindful that you are answering as accurately as possible.
You do not need to complete the entire assessment at once.
Use the Save buttons on the bottom of each category page.
👉 Some questions require uploading verification documents. You can upload these all at once when you've arrived at the Sources section, or as you go through the questionnaire.
🟢 You'll know you are ready to submit when:
All the category icons are solid and checked
"Submit Completed Questionnaire" button is no longer grayed out
