There are two possible outcomes of your initial assessment:
Your hotel looks good!
One or more of your sources needs review.
You will have seven days to take action before your profile is automatically published.
👍Your Hotel Looks Good!
If you're happy with the results, you should add content to your Traveler Facing Page and then publish your sustainability story to enterprises.
If you realized you forgot to include something or got new information, this is the time to update your responses.
If you change any responses, you are required to upload a source document supporting the revised response. This is to prevent users from simply revising all their answers to increase their scores.
👎One or More Of Your Sources Needs Review
Determine which of your sources was rejected and why, and upload new verification document(s) within seven days.
If you want to amend any other responses, this is your final opportunity.
We will review your new documentation and notify you when your assessment is complete.
